Concerning your question about the Ipat score, you can access the results once an offer is being made to you, and that you are Onboard. For the matching process, I am afraid I cant really give you a time scale as to how long this process will take as it depends on how many managers are interested in your file. I will do what I can to make this proces as quick as possible.
You are also right about the rate of success in the matching process, it is a 90% chance of being matched. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions.

I just come across this post on ‘IBM matching process’. I think I might on the same boat. I have been told by the HR in IBM that they will match me to an interview with a manager in the line of business which I wish to work for. After he/she has interviewed me and if they think I’m suitable for the job then they will make an offer. If however they feel that I would not be suitable they will put me back into the matching process and will set you up with another business interview and put me through the matching process again.
I just wondered if you have passed the matching process and if you know how long it will take for them to match an interview with a manager.
